I’ve always been drawn to science, health, and education but it wasn’t until I lived the tension between ambition and exhaustion that my work truly took shape.

For years, I balanced a career in emergency nursing and nursing education while attending graduate school and raising three children. Like so many women, I learned how to function at a baseline level of stress. Telling myself this was simply the cost of being capable, driven, and committed. On paper, everything looked right. In my body, something felt off.
What I came to understand, personally and professionally, is that this struggle isn’t a failure of discipline or resilience. It’s a mismatch between how women are taught to live and how female physiology is designed to function.
Women’s bodies rely on rhythm, recovery, and regulation to maintain hormonal balance and nervous system health. When stress becomes constant, sleep is compromised, and rest feels negotiable. Our bodies respond by diverting energy away from repair. Over time, this shows up as fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep, mood changes, weight shifts, and a sense that you’re no longer fully yourself.
I realized something had to change. I enrolled in an integrative women’s health certification focused on perimenopause to learn how to work with my body rather than push through it. I discovered there is no single protocol or universal blueprint for wellbeing. Each woman’s path is individual and deeply personal. Yet the foundational pillars of nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and restorative sleep are non-negotiable.
In learning to slow down with intention, I became a clearer thinker, a more present partner, a grounded mother, and a better professional. I understand wanting a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself but feeling too "busy" to reach her.
That’s why I do this work.
I focus on helping women restore energy, clarity, and vitality by working with their biology, not against it. Through evidence-based, holistic strategies rooted in the foundational health pillars. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning how to recover, regulate, and sustain yourself so you can show up fully in the roles that matter most.
